Christopher Neumann

Christopher Neumann has been an expert at the PtX Lab Lausitz since January 2024. He is working on the topic of Power-to-X in maritime transport. He is also supporting projects related to the approval planning for the construction of a Power-to-X plant.

Before joining the PtX Lab Lausitz, Christopher Neumann was employed by the Hamburger Verkehrsverbund for three years. There he was responsible for transport contract management and revenue management. Most recently, he worked for four years as a transport planner and was responsible for the operational transport division at the municipal transport company ‘Cottbusverkehr’.

Born in Rüdersdorf, he grew up in Cottbus and completed his bachelor's and master's degrees in transport economics at the Technical University of Dresden, specialising in transport ecology.
