Franziska Erfurth

Franziska Erfurth has been working as an air transport specialist at the PtX Lab Lausitz since September 2026.

A qualified aviation business administrator, she worked for six years in the safety management department at Berlin’s airports, gaining extensive experience in flight operations.
She then went on to study Business Administration at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences, specialising in environmental and sustainability management and digital business. Whilst studying, she worked for an impact crowd-investing platform, focusing on the financing of sustainable business models.

She then went on to complete a Master’s degree in Sustainable Entrepreneurship & Social Innovation at the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development, specialising in transformation processes in rural areas.
As a native of Brandenburg with family roots in Lusatia, her work at the PtX Lab combines her professional interest with a personal connection to the region.
