PtX Lab Lausitz exhibits at the EUBCE 2025

The PtX Lab Lausitz is exhibiting at the 33rd European Biomass Conference & Exhibition (EUBCE) for the second time.
From 9 to 12 June 2025, experts from around the world will once again come together in Valencia to discuss the latest advances in biomass and bioenergy, explore market solutions and advance policies for a carbon-neutral future at the EUBCE, which is taking place for the 33rd time this year.
EUBCE promotes collaboration
The EUBCE is dedicated to balancing environmental sustainability and economic efficiency along the entire value chain of biomass use. It highlights resources, research, innovation and policy measures. The focus is on cooperation between universities, research institutions and industry.
Anita Demuth, deputy head of the PtX Lab, was involved in the organiser's ‘International Scientific Committee’ as a paper reviewer. She reviewed the abstracts submitted on the topic ‘2.1 Sustainability, Socio-economic Impacts and Public Acceptance’.
PtX Lab Lausitz presents innovative projects
The PtX Lab Lausitz will present innovative projects and work on site.
- Lukas Horndasch will present a poster on ‘Meeting the Naphtha Demand in the European Chemical Industry with Biogenic CO2: Potentials, Limitations, and Alternatives’ on 09 June 2025 at 05:30 pm in room A.
- Anja Paumen will present a poster on ‘Critical Raw materials for synthetic kerosene: Securing sustainable ressources for the EU green industrial transition”’ on 11 June 2025 from 09:00 to 09:15.
