Anita Demuth

Anita Demuth is an economist with experience in scientific work, project management and policy advisory.

She is Deputy Head of PtX Lab Lausitz and, since September 2025, she has been Head of Section PtX Mobility. Her focus is on developing sustainability criteria for PtX as well as policy and financial instruments for a climate-neutral aviation and shipping industry.

Prior to this, she worked as advisor for the Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit in various projects and countries on financing and implementing climate protection in companies, in particular in the energy and industrial sector, as well as at national level in developing and emerging countries.
